Application in the machine:

Transferring torque to the blades: This small pinion, by engaging with the large gear below the blades, causes smooth and controlled rotation of the paddles so that the powder is dispensed without misdosing or creating Air bubbles are injected into the matrices.

Mechanical sealing system: Its stepped structure and drug shaft (on the right side of the image) are designed to be matched with dustproof seals or packings so that small drug particles do not penetrate the gearbox or lower bearings.

Technical specifications:

Gear type: Spur Gear with micro-machining precision and high-level finishing (Ground Teeth) to reduce noise, friction and metal shavings during operation.

Connection shaft section: Has a polished turned step with an internal thread or a barb at the end of the shaft for complete fixation on the feeder drive motor.
