Usage in the machine: This 3-piece mold is locked (normalized) around the bottle cap by applying compressed air pressure (pneumatic) or cam mechanism (normalized) and tightens the cap until reaching the standard torque by rotating the machine head at the same time. The machined grooves and steps inside the mold are perfectly aligned with the treads on the bottle cap so that it does not slide on the cap during tightening and does not cause lines, scratches or deformation of the pharmaceutical plastic caps.

• Connection structure: (as shown in the picture) each segment piece has a special threaded hole on the side face so that the pins or drive shafts of the rotary head of the RC120 machine can be easily screwed into it.
