• The yellow body is made of very light, wear-resistant engineering polymers POM-C Polysteel or Teflon Polyamide.

Application in the machine:

• Linear and throwing guidance: The wheel rotates in sync with the main head, restrains the capped bottles inside its semicircular edges (Pockets) and separates them from the main washers and throws/guides them towards the output rail.
• Prevention of overturning: The precise curvature of the blades prevents light bottles from anchoring or falling at high speeds.

• Yellow color helps the operator; To easily separate the moving parts of the size part in the machine structure.
• Quick-Release Mechanism: The center of the shaft has a fixing structure (pin and internally threaded shaft) that allows the operator to quickly replace the part without the need for complex tools during bottle size changeover.
