Material: Made of advanced phosphor bronze alloys, wear-resistant brass with pharmaceutical grade or in some cases special polymers such as PEEK. The reason why bronze is chosen is that due to constant contact with the steel plate of the matrix (Die Table), the rail itself, which is cheaper and replaceable, is worn out and does not create scratches on the main plate of the crushing machine.

Application in the machine:

Powder guidance and control: This rail, with its arc-shaped structure, is fixed perfectly to the curvature of the die table and acts as a protective wall so that the granulated powder is not wasted due to centrifugal force during the rapid rotation of the plate.

End sloped section (Chute/Bevel): The wedge-shaped and inclined edge on the right side of the picture is designed to gently guide excess powders or gently control the feeder shoes without causing severe shock and abrasion.

Threaded connection holes: Three precise threaded holes are machined on the body to be locked from below or above by Allen screws on the feeder chassis or the main body of the tablet press, completely rigid and without play.
