Application in the machine:

Transferring torque to the blades: This small pinion, by engaging with the large gear below the blades, causes smooth and controlled rotation of the paddles so that the powder is dispensed without misdosing or creating bubbles. Air is injected into the matrices.

Mechanical sealing system: Its stepped structure and drug shaft (on the right side of the image) are designed to be matched with dustproof seals or packings so that small drug particles do not penetrate the gearbox or lower bearings.
